RED PAWS RESCUE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations of donations will be considered only if the request is made immediately/same day after the payment has been made. 

• RED PAWS RESCUE does not accept cancellation requests of donations after 24 hrs of the payment.

• The Customer Service Team after looking into your request will refund the donation within 48-72 hours.

• In case of issues you can email our team on redpawsrescue@gmail.com and they will get back to you with a solution.
